I'm on Day 2 of a 48; yesterday we had 82F with 67% humidity for a grand total of 119 F (feels like) and right now it's a mild 89 with a "feels like" 105. What it "feels like" is breathing through a hair dryer.
It's been hot here compared to normal, though no where near 100. It's been 80s, with <30% humidity. We just had our largest wild fire in our county in several decades last week. Being in Michigan, all of our Forest Service firefighters were in western and southern states! Yikes!
Feels like a blowtorch outside. Putting your bunkers on is a chore, the sweat instant. Good thing we are adreniline junkies or else the towns would burn up. One more attribute to the dedication of America's bravest, anytime anywhere and weather. Be well and stay safe brother
And you thought it couldn't get any hotter!!! Think they should change the name of this town to HotterthanHe*# USA!!! Be safe today, and stay inside!!!!
