 rror is hosted by the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Hennep
 in Technical College on November 17 and 18, 2009, in Brooklyn Park, MN
 .\n\nThe conference is open to all individuals interested in making th
 eir communities safer, stronger, and better prepared for any type of h
 azard. The conference brings together high-level government and securi
 ty experts that share strategies and insights on preparing for the une
 xpected. Registration is capped at approximately 500 participants to i
 nclude Federal agency personnel, state and local elected officials, ed
 ucation and school personnel, emergency management professionals, mili
 tary personnel, law enforcement and fire services, public health and e
 mergency medical services, non-governmental organizations, private bus
 iness and industry.\n\nThis annual conference brings together security
  professionals, law enforcement officials and government representativ
 es, who plan, manage and/or respond to threats posed by terrorism. The
  conference will address the latest, most sophisticated terrorist and 
 other unconventional threats. It is a ‘must’ for everyone concerne
 d with the safety of their most valuable resource—their personnel.\n
 \nThe conference features over 25 in-depth presentations and 27 topic 
 expert speakers providing the latest updates and best practices on pre
 paredness from across the nation and selected foreign countries. Atten

 ed preparedness outreach and education for targeted populations, learn
 ed innovative approaches to preparedness, hear updates on Department o
