 ning evolutions.\n\nABOUT THE SPEAKER\nTroy Webster is a 19-year membe
 r of the fire and emergency services, currently serving as a captain w
 ith the Florence (Ky.) Fire/EMS Department; he has led numerous live-f
 ire training burns in acquired structures and fixed facilities through
 out the course of his career. Troy currently teaches as a field instru
 ctor for Kentucky State Fire/Rescue Training and is a lead instructor
