SUMMARY:9/11 Stair Climb and Pentagon Run
DESCRIPTION:The NFFF Stair Climbs are not timed race events, but a way
  for the community to honor and remember firefighters who have died in
  the line of duty. Each participant pays tribute to a firefighter by c
 limbing the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center. P
 roceeds benefit the FDNY Counseling Services Unit and the programs pro
 vided by the NFFF to support the families of our nation’s fallen fir
 efighters. In addition to climbing, participants may also wish to take
  part in a special Pentagon Run to honor those who died on 9/11 at the
  Pentagon. During this special tribute, participants will run the equi
