At Linwood Fire Station No. 39, in the State of Pa. I was Aisst Director of the Ambulance Board.

At Claymont Fire Stations back in the years of the early 60s, I was Fire Recorder for Stations 13 and 31.
My Training:
I had training in State of PA.
In Delaware with Claymont, a military training, and at State Fire School, in the State of Delaware.
About Me:
I do write blogs, about the men who fought fires. I like to put on a blog, to get people interested, in them. To let them see what it is all about fire fighting.
I have about 10 blogs on fire fighting.

# 1 > Looking back over the years, things have really changed,65 years ago at the age of 15, I was voted in as a Junior member, later on I was voted in as president of the junior's, at 20, I became a driver operator, trucks, ambulance, with training. Volunteer and Paid Firefighters

I want to take the time, and say. You all, are doing a great job. If it wasn't for you! who would do it!!!!!

The volunteers, You, sometimes never get any thanks. But why do we do it. Only thing I can think of , we love doing it.

Paid firefighters, you also are doing a great job. You have a big job to take care of. That's our cities.
