It does not make a difference how many bugles you wear on the collar of your shirt, the issues of motivating your co-workers and subordinates always comes into play.   So my questions has two parts; the first;  How do you motivate your fellow officers above or below you in rank to become great leaders.  Second; How do you motivate your subordinates when that person refuses to take there training seriously and only is willing to do the absolute minimum?
