Dolph, does it really matter who is supporting? The fire service or whom ever, it all helps. Support means money, money finds the cure. The more the better. Or are you worried about who gets the credit? I do not really care about the credit just the cure.

To all those who will paint their trucks pink,

Please do not put any comments on the trucks. The color alone

shows your support in the fight against breast cancer. Too many politically correct government officials are finding ways to take away from the fire service support in the fight. DO NOT GIVE THEM AMMUNTION!

I lost my mother to throat cancer 15 years ago.The doctor was treating her for a absecess tooth. Then a couple weeks went by and she ended up in the ER. and they found she was in the last stage of cancer. To late for treatment.I lost her.I was a only child.Even as a adult it hurt to loose my mom. Our fire dept. just held a road block fund and gave half the money to the American Cancer Society.

The newly formed Capital Region FOOLS chapter in upstate New York recently supported a firefighter's family after he passed away from brain cancer. We were able to give the children a christmas that they'll never forget. The mother/wife was made into an honorary member of our FOOLS chapter.
