Theres a ton of websites that have "training material, but which ones were made by firemen? Meaning, practical stuff you can remember in high stress.

Do you want to elaborate, I don't think your question is that clear???
I am an Lieutnenat with ten years on the job. I am also a web developer launching a new training site. I have command and control simulators you can play online, and virtual pump panels. The SIMS teach you how to manage your incoming companies at working fires. You are the IC and run the whole incident. Take a peek at the site and let me know what you think of the SIMS.

Best site I've come across with the most robust selection of quality, legitimate firefighter training materials has been at Fire Service Bookstore. Owned and operated by the Western Fire Chiefs Association, they're a non-profit that supplies instructors and students with discounted IFSTA textbooks, firefighter training manuals and more.

Anything requiring hands on needs to be practiced in order to be practical. the voracity between active line fireman and retired fireman, teaching what works and what doesn't, should start with you and the rest of your officers.

You're behind the ball if you're training to get it "right" under high stress...Train until you can never get it wrong!
