I've been recently reinstated as a Captain so that a new recruit could be added to the roster. I forgot a lot of my training ideas and lost the book that I would right them down in. Any ideas?

Thanks for the invite Chief. Don't know how much I can contribute here since I got out of the FD in '85. All my knowledge and experience dates back to the Neanderthal days of pulling up dayboots and hopping on the tailboard. It was fun though getting to chat with all the ladies on the way back from a run.

Thanks for the invitation, passing on great knowledge is a lost art, so this is a very good idea. My services started in 1973 so I have been around just a bit.
