Hi everyone!

I have started to make a series of videos about fire science in English.
I was hoping that you all would help me with feedback to them as I publish them one by one.

I hope that both our science gurus and the rest of us mortals would like to help.
The gurus I hope will be hard on the facts and how it is presented so that it is as accurate as possible. And all others I hope that you will tell me which parts that needs to be explained in different ways or elaborated further.
Feel free to test it on your mother, recruits, colleagues or your instructor!:-)

The videos will be used in a fire science e-learning course which will be available free on Firegear sometimes this fall.

Please leave all feedback on Firegear, because else the history and the documentation of the process are lost on different forums like here on Firefighter Nation! I would like to keep the process and the different future versions of the videos published so that the history of each video is saved for references.

Thank you all for your inputs!

Hi everybody, I am a new instructor from Somerset County, New Jersey. I am also a veteran high school teacher and future school administrator. I am currently waiting to hear from the state about my application for Drill Ground, Live burn/Smokehouse, Emergency Services Instructor-1, and Emergency Services Instructor-2 certifications. I should be fully certified in the next month or so.

My background is in both Fire and EMS. My areas of expertise include Technical Rescue and Emergency Incident Rehabilitation. I also have five years experience on the county Haz-Mat Team.

Hello my name is Jacob Boswell and my dept is getting ready to do a NPQ Instructor 1 class and I have missplaced my ifsta 7th edition powerpoints. If anyone would have the powerpoints for the class I would greatly appreciate it.

Who knows a good way to get good dark smoke in container training complex. We burn wood in a burn area inside the container complex. But we get soo little smoke that when doors are opened most smoke clears very fast.
Dos anyone know a good solution for this? We truyed wet hay but without satisfaction.
The container complexes i speak about are build of standard shipping containers.
