So tell me about the Firefighter combat challenge. Sound like your in good shape. I run two times a week to keep the heart in shape. I'll be 39 in a few months, and the last thing I want to be is a casualty on scene when someone could really use my help. I need to do more but sometimes its hard to fit it in.

You never know what your gonna roll up on. We cover a fairly busy state highway, route to a port. And it is drying up so we should be getting some brush calls. Bring on the action. Ha! My Dept has 3 stations and 3 engines, 2 heavy rescues, 2 tankers, 1 light rescue, 1 brush truck, one boat, one hazmat/special ops trailer 1 100' tower. my station has the best truck ever, a 1936 dodge brothers ladder truck :-) my station has like 45 active member, un aware of the other 2 stations, im guessing combined the whole dept has atleast 100 active members
