I've seen lots of Companies, Squads, and such that have sayings on their apparatus. Like FDNY has "Midtown Madness" for Ladder Co. 24/Engine Co. 1, or "Never Missed A Performance" on Engine 54 and "Pride of Midtown" on Ladder 4. What is your company/squad motto or what do you have written on your apparatus?

Um lets see, here's a couple you might try out.

Company 4 like none before

Company 4 is coming through your door

I remember a few years back when we did our basic class our class motto was "We are 106 cause we got the biggest di**s"

The instructors didnt care for that one too much and added a few extra 5-6 (not that anybody counted) miles to our daily run
Fighten 33... Only because everything we have we had to work for.... and fight for...
Fightin' 71's is our nick name/ motto, not really used much though
We've got a lot of them in Birmingham, Al including E22 "the double deuce", E12 "The midnight caller", Q27 "The beast from the East", E6 "The Road Warriors" etc. I think it's great to have an identity that the guys can rally around and have a little pride in.
Not too shabby.....

Does ever4ward make sence to anyone besides me?
We are not allowed to put them on our apparatus but we have them on our company t-shirt.

Our station is called "The Pride of Eastover Gardens" thats the neighborhood we are in.

The Engine is called "The Midnite Express" becuase we run a majority of our calls at nite time

The Ladder Company is called "The East End Trucking Company" becuase its the only Truck company in the east end of the county.
"Eat 'til you're tired, sleep 'til you're hungry"
at my secondary company, in allensville, pa, we had "we volunteer to fight what you fear" on the back of our newest shirts we had made.
Bath Fire Department- Home Of The Fire Eaters
looking for something to go with Engine 8. any ideas?
we have used a 8 ball in our logos but looking for something else
Well at the moment the one I know is "From the Meadows to the Ghetto's" and I can believe that cause if you go towards DC its the ghetto's and away from DC it's farms.
My volly dept has been in business since 1886, when there used to be a railroad running thru the village. So my department has Round Lake Express on each of the trucks.
