FB1 Response Videos - Los Angeles Fire Department Battalion 13 & 18 companies on scene of a structure fire in 66's first-in on the 1800 block of W. 48th Street.

Units due: Battalion 13, Task Force 66, Task Force 94, Engine 58, Rescue 57 (canceled), Rescue 66, & Rescue 846

Task Force 66 was first on scene and reported a single story single family dwelling with fire showing from on room. Upon further investigation, units reported "well-developed fire in the attic". Engine 66 was fire attack, Truck 66 went to the roof, Battalion 13 was "Gramercy IC", and remaining companies assisted in salvage, utilities, etc.

No injuries, unknown cause.

LAFD: Koreatown "Re-Burn", Vacant Restaurant Mini Mall Fire

firelensman - 5-15-2020 - Los Angeles Firefighters, Engine 6, first on scene near the intersection of 3rd Street & Vermont Avenue reported smoke showing from a one and two story previously partially burned strip mall. LAFD Firefighters quickly stretched hand lines attacking the fire and protecting the exposure to the north, which was the rest of the strip mall. Due to the building being unstable with serious previous damage, the main bulk of fire was knocked down with four ladder pipes and outside handlines, no initial interior attack. The previous fire that gutted both floors happened two months ago, destroying a Korean restaurant-market and a Wells Fargo ATM terminal. The main bulk of fire was knocked down in an hours time. There were no reported injuries. Building & Safety was requested due to the damage. LAPD & D.O.T. assisted with traffic and crowd control. The cause of the midnight Major Emergency K-Town blaze is under investigation. -MNR-

LAFD Structure Firem North Hills

loudlabs.com - NORTH HILLS - At approximately 2015, LAFD responded to reports of a structure fire at 9433 Sepulveda. Arriving units found a two story Vacant house well involved with Fire. Firefighters knocked down the fire in about 35 minutes. The building has previously burned. No injuries were reported.
