HeartFM - A large fire - caused by an explosion that rocked the neighborhood has claimed the lives of some residents that live within the building.

An explosion, caused by an unknown source, went off at about 8:15 Sunday morning.

Woodstock Police, Oxford EMS and Fire crews were quickly on scene at 185 Victoria Street - as was a rescue chopper dispatched out of London.

Smoke and flames shot out of the 3 story building from a very large opening apparently caused by the explosion.
