Occupied Structure Fire - RAW Video from Wheelingfire.com
Engine 10 arrives on scene on Edgwood St. in the Woodsdale section of Wheeling, WV with a structure fire fully involved on the Charlie 3 side. Engine 10 makes entry and knocks down the fire on the 1st floor while other units from downtown are arriving. As E-10 arrived on scene the occupants where being rescued from their porch roof by a quick acting neighbor with a ladder. The still stands today.
