LAFD / Exterior Small House Fire
10-29-2014 Los Angeles Firefighters make quick work knocking down a possible water heater on fire that started to extend to the attic space of a small bungalow-house on 59th Place just west of Figueroa Street in South L.A. LAPD assisted in evacuations. There were no reported injuries, the cause of the exterior fire is under investigation. Overhaul to dig out hot spots in the wall and attic lasted an additional hour. -MNR-
