Funny to watch, but pretty sad situation for what ever department this represents. Having been a volunteer and now a paid for 19 years I can say I served with some excellent volunteers, many of whom went on to work for paid departments. The gear was equal to professional department too. What professional department pays ten dollars an hour?!!!
