If anyone knows of Chief Vicroy they know his detication not only to his crew but the whole county. He brought in a lot of trainings the made so many of us better. I am proud to say i knew him on a personal basis. it was really heart moving to be apart of three counties of fd's coming to pay respects. thank you to thatstickerguy. 28-1 we copy signal 30. gods speed chief.
