Cleveland Hill 9-1 on scene smoke showing from a 1.5 story dwelling. Chief reports heavy fire in kitchen with extension to 2nd floor. Interior crews report heavy clutter throughout dwelling making advancement difficult. Extra crews called in for manpower for overhall.
