The insurance companies...i have no idea. But the investigation by the LAPD: there traffic investigator had already shown up and taken pictures and done all the nessesary needs before LF58 (lightforce 58) started cutting. We had gotten permission from the LAPD investigators to do the cutting.

I can't see where this would be a good idea, let alone legal. This could be tampering with evidence depending on the cause of the crash. There's also the possibility that the owner can file a claim, the car may have some value for parts. They should establish a good relationship with a scrap yard that will give them access to cars that are owned by them and are going to be scrapped anyway. That way they can do what ever they want. Around here we can even get cars delivered to the station by a towing service for free. The cars have already been slated for scrapping by the insurance co.

That is amazing. I can see the aerial positioned to protect the scene and closing down traffic lanes, don't the Leos complain about time you close it down just to practice and don't insurance companies complain about the extra damage?
