Car Strikes Pennsylvania Trooper (Dash Cam Video)
A Pennsylvania state trooper was injured when a car struck him as he was issuing a citation. The motorist he pulled over was an EMT, who called 911 and stayed with the trooper until help arrived. (April 24)
