very bad very bad choices by command from size up and through allowing riverdale ( 2nd company in ) to advance a line through the front while the troops were going in the back,

well that was the 2nd line i was in the basement with the first in crew if you look u see another line going to the back dont know what command was thinking heavy smoke fire was mostly in basement you know how it goes sometimes chaos (chief has arrived on scene) lol
