This incident was toned out at 7:25 PM as a HAZMAT Incident at the 8100 block of Lancaster Avenue in Southeast Dallas. A security guard at a 18-wheeler parking lot noticed a trailer leaking liquid. Upon further inspection, it was found that the trailer was carrying acid, which is a hazardous material. Dallas HAZMAT Task Force 3 responded along with the satellite HAZMAT company out of Station 40.

The leak was not significant and was contained.
