This is Asst. Chief Pat Holohan of the Kankakee Twp. Fire Prot. Dist. in Kankakee, IL. Our Mabas 7 Fire Investigation Unit is sponsoring " The First Annual Fire & Police Swap Meet" to be held at the Will County Fair Grounds in Peotone, ILL on March 9th, 2013. We are looking for Fire & Police Vendors specializing in "Old Fire & Police Antiques & Collectibles", Patches, Fire Buff items, Books & Fire Toys,  Unique Firefighting gifts for all ages, Fire Videos & Recordings, Firefighter "Mancave" New & Old collectibles, and Misc. items of interest to the Firefighter "young & old".  Please help us get the "Word" out for this event. To the best of our knowledge this will be the first "Fire & Police" event of this nature to be held South of Chicago in a number of years.
