Anyone interesting in sharing or needing information about the federal fire departments please feel free to discuss and ask. I currently am a federal firefighter and the union president working on a navy installation. We have gone through some hard times with budget cutbacks, COW, loss of manning, regionalization and not to mention the weizels south of where I work running the show now. On the upside we train alot and respond to many different types of incidents that are challenging because of the type of enviorment and your not so typical situations to be operating in.
