I grew up in the fire service and at the age of 17 became a member of the Middleport Volunteer Fire Department in Middleport N.Y. as a Junior Firefighter. I have always had a desire to help those in need and will not give up being a firefighter until they place me in the ground.

I grew up with fire service in the family, got it in my blood and can't get rid of it now, really love my job.
