- Why I Joined Fire/EMS
- In short, family tradition. I grew up in the firehouse with my dad, a Battalion Chief in Atlanta. My grandfather was a District Chief in Miami. The service was never pushed on mew by my family, but it just seemed to be the only thing that felt right. Now, 1o years later, I love it.

Need a little help from my fire service brothers and sisters

I am calling all fellow firefighters for a little help. My wife lost her mother in a car accident and Mother's Day is VERY tough for her. I entered her in a contest and if she wins if will add some happiness back to Mother's Day. Also, I am on duty (C-Shift) Mothers Day so I cant be with her to help her through the day. I am asking all my Brothers and Sisters to go to the link below and vote for her video. I am also asking you to do everything you can to help spread the word and get others…

He has done nothing whatsoever wrong, nor am I chasing him for anything, but someone is operating in the UK on the pretence of being him and attempting to extort money from innocent people and I think he should know all about it. After all, this is not only an indictment on him but also on the trust people have in the EMS services (I refer to the attached photo displaying the EMS badge which has been deliberately used to promote his honesty).
