Our CAFS system was custom made. Our truck was designed mainly for the emplementation of CAFS. We had a 900 gal. tank with aircompressor, pump, and foam inductor/foam tank on top of it. Typical foam units added onto a truckhave less capacity due to space issues, as far as holding less foam and less space for water, and usually smaller compressor. So one of the issues I can see you having with your system would be running out of foam(which then creates an air leak, causing you to lose prime and function of the nozzle). Having CAFS on your truck will greatly increase the distance a tank of water will go. If you have any specific questions, or run into any feel free to ask, if I can help then i will be happy.
