Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My father has been a fireman/EMT since the 80's and I grew up around the firehouse so there was really nothing else I ever wanted to do.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Its the best job in the world, nothing else lets you help people the way we do as well as the family that we all become as soon as we get that badge.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Low manpower/ staffing problems, and me personally working in a very urban, high crime area there tend to be threats and assults on emergency workers.
