Shared FF Safety to 40+ fire Departments in 2009 one day WUI Safety, Tactics, Strategy. including SDFD, LA CO. LAFD, ORANGE COUNTY FIRE, ANAHEIM and surrounding OC Fire Agencies and numerous in Calif and Montana, Presented at Nor Cal and SO Cal TO in 2008.

Top Issues Facing Responders:: For the occasional WUI Firefighter to determine what is a safe assignment in protecting structures. Other than USFS, BLM CalFire and other State Fire Departments most of us only respond to WUI fire occasionally. Therefore our background does not have the necessary experience to determine what is safe and what isn't... Tough to teach.
