Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I took the Dispatch job, 'cause I needed one when it was open. BUT, once you are in this line of work, nothing else will satisfy you. Dispatch is the heart of Emergency Services, provides a critical service, both to the public AND Emergency Responders.
