David N Anderson said… Currently the customer follows the OSHA HAZWOPER emergency response requirement for annual re-training (due next February). I always try to convince the ERT to conduct drills on a regular basis (at least quarterly) but the answer is always "we're too busy." As a trainer, I shrug my shoulders and think "Greenville is a great place to visit in February!"
