About Me:

I am a 24 yr old male. I am currently pursuing a career as a firefighter. I spent 4 years on active duty in the MARINE Corps. About 4 mos after I got out I joined my VOL dept. I then joined the ARMY Natl Guard. I am currently preparing for a deployment to IRAQ, so the career pursuit is on hold. I enjoy any kind of training or advice I can get to better me as a FF or a person.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I joined initially joined for the adrenaline rush. But I quickly learned that it is alot more than just that. Once I got that out of my head I absolutely fell in love with it. Just saying that me and my fellow firefighters had the opportunity to change someones life greatly trumps the initial adrenaline rush of the tone.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

I love the feeling of bein part of a team of individuals dedicated to the residents and property of their community.
