Beth, sometimes I dont. I get back to my office and just sit there trying to deal with it all. Without a doubt my faith in God makes all the difference however. I have a great team and they do a awesome job.
Better watch out for that Ralph guy. He's a character. Have fun. Be safe.

Beth, thanks for the add. I see from you profile that you are compassionate and sensitive to the people involved with the calls. I also experience that. For 29 years now. Have to go home sometimes and just cry my heart out, hug my wife and thank God for his providence. Keep up the good work. I'm glad you joined.
