Electronic valves, if your dept. is anywhere across the south thats fine they should work good, anywhere north of the soutern states they can cause problems (freeze up) for 1 thing, a broken switch, broken actuator, broken wire. Sometimes the way older trucks were built was better by having you in complete control.

In regard to the poll, I like the non electronic. Too much to screw up. 37 years on the panel, and no mess ups with non electronics, but have seen some with a 2006 Pierce with some electronics.
