4 1/2 months after my CABG and MI should be back on the line by April. Tradmill, Bicycle, stairmaster are my good friends, along with fruits, veggies and salmon.

I eat fish and chicken, fruits and veggies and my triglycrides are a wreck and my BP is high, right now being treated with meds. God, I hate meds, they messed up my daughter with all the side effects.

There are many different things that you can do.. if you are not one use to running use the run/walk program.. Also watch what you eat, fried foods I very seldom eat but do eat my veggies and lean meats.. Keep track of the caloric intake that you are getting. There is a website that you can monitor your intake, and it will let you know how many fats your getting and it breaks it all down for you, you can also input your exercise that you have done for that day and it will also compute how much you have burned.. the website is.. www.fitday.com it is a free site to get onto and do everything that you want to do.. There are alot of programs out there to use.. Such as after my vacation I am starting on the P90X program with a girlfriend of mine.. Its mind over matter.. And just remember never give up. Semper Fi

I know most of my squats,push ups, weights from the marines, but was just wondering about using in house gear for these.
