Hi all,
I am firefighter occupational in Germany and would like to meet firefighter from the U.S. to exchange experiences.
And sometimes go to the fire station with experience zusammeln times so I can see how other firefighters working people. This I would like to do when I get to fly to the U.S. on vacation.

if anyone has interest I would appreciate an answer.

Hello. I'm American born but full blooded German. My parent's immigrated to America post WW2. I'm the only fire fighter (that I know of) that is involved in fire fighting.

Hallo all together! Maybe i can help someone of you, if you need a translation or explanation of german words. For my self, im from Austria, but we almost have the same language and a very similar firefighting-system. Kindest regards, Bernd

Cologne is the best city in Germany, because of the very good beer , and carneval 4 sure :D... I also like irish beer^^ ... but the best of beeing a firefighter is that you always know, that you've friends (comrads) who help you in every situation. As long I'm living , I will walk by my brothers' side! Greater love has no man than to lay down his life for a friend!!!

Well hello all I 75% German, My mothers father was Irish with a long line of Fireman on that side, Moms mom was German. Both of my fathers parents come from Germany...

My last name means Stone Writer from what I have gathered. I have always wondered how it came about.
