Correction to my own recipe. On the Dessert, they are not Mrs. Smith Pies, they are MARIE CALENDAR Pies. I don't know what I was thinking.

Now for Dessert.
Apple Cobbler-
Yes, I cheat on this one. Take 2 large frozen MRS. SMITHS Apple Pies, I like the ones that come with the Gram Cracker Crumbs, thaw both pies out first. Next, dump both pies into a large mixing bowl and add 1 cup of sugar and 1 stick of butter, mix very, very well. Try to break up the crust well enough so that anyone looking in from the outside can't tell this came from a store bought pie. Ater mixing the pies, sugar, and butter, dump the mixture into a baking dish and cook it the same as according to the box(pie box). Once complete, you'll have an amazing tasting cobbler that will tempt any sweet tooth that comes near. WARNING! NO THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED A HEALTHY DESSERT, but really, who cares when it tastes so good!

First off something simple.
Chicken and Rice-
Take 5-6 large chicken breasts and place them in a large pot of water and boil them until cooked. Once done, remove them and cut them into medium to large chunks. Then place the chunks of chicken into a skillet and add 1 36oz bottle of Italian Dressing and heat the mixture until it begins to simmer. Keep on low heat for approx. 30 min or until entire mixture is hot. This allows the dressing to be partially absorbed into the chicken. While your chicken is cooking, cook a normal portion of white rice, 1 box or small bag. Once complete, use a general portion of rice and then spoon on a scoop of chicken and dressing. Your done, enjoy! This will usually feed 4 people.
