Gee, how about an old lady firefighter? Guess the question is, "How old is old?" I know some very pretty female firefighters right on this site who could teach a lot about beauty. Also know a few "older" women who could do the same. So, forget the old "standards" that female firefighters have to be masculine looking or acting. It simply is not true.
