Robert Foisy I  know who your talking about. It was a sad day when we found out about TJ. I'm with Southwest myself. I'll be at the fire acacdemy in March with at Crystal Coast. When you get back, look me up. Hit me up on Facebook as well if you'd like, www.facebook.com/withrowmichael

Take it easy in Wildland Fire School, I did it a few years back in Indiana.

I'm fairly new to the firefighting family but i'm so glad you created this group. Our chief (instructor) has been preaching this to us since the very first day we started taking classes to train and become a firefighter!

I am working on starting a Firefighter Health 5K run/walk with the American Heart Assn and other organizations. Should be in June. Hopefully in the Meadowlands. Still working on all the details. Let me know if you are interested.

Hello everyone. I am new to the group but have been sending the EGH message for the last few years. MY crew was trapped in a garage during the Sawtooth Wildland Incident and I have been preaching this ever since. I teach Crew Resource Management and I am currently working on becoming a State Advocate in my area. I am pleased to be part of the group and hope to contribute.

I aswell wear my EGH wristband everyday. I know we all know bad things can happen to us in a heartbeat but until it hits close to home we really don't think about it. My bestfriends dad died in Jan. 2007 after falling through the floor of a house while fighting a fire. He taught his son and I to train every chance we got to and to this day I take every chance I can to train and learn about fire behavior, we all know that fires are getting hotter and more dangerous. So take every chance you can to train and wear your gear properly
