The BLPS is a group primarily for Vol. Firefighters to promote BROTHERHOOD, LOYALTY, PRIDE, and SOLIDARITY. The BLPS was started buy 6 firemen who have noticed over the years the decline in Vol. Firefighters in our stations and area.

Hello and welcome to the BLPS group.

Hi, Im known as TINY around these parts. I am one of the founding members of the BLPS. The BLPS was started by 6 firemen who were talking about the decline in Volunteerism throughout our dept.'s and county. In its inception we had no desire to make this anything more then a close knit group of Vol. firefighters who believed in 4 things. BROTHERHOOD, LOYALTY, PRIDE, and SOLIDARITY. We are about the promition of volunteerism.

We have been pegged as being an anti union, anti career firefighter organization. WE ARE NOT ANY OF THIS. Many of our members are career firefighters who are also Vol. members. As well as Vol.'s with the aspirations to become paid/career firefighters.

In our logo you will see the words 100% Volunteer. This doesn't mean that we as a person are 100% volunteer, but more so means that our hearts are about being a volunteer 100%. To be a Volunteer firefighter you have to have something deep down inside of you that makes you slightly different then many others in the world, and we feel that you have to be 100% about that difference. So if you are interested please join. We are looking for new members that are willing to make a difference.

We currently have a limited line of merchandise that is for sale. Since we are a non-profit organization we sell all items at cost.
