with a new year coming does any one have any goals for the new year?

i set goals each year after christmas for myself to work on. each year i set at less two or three goals. does anyone have an goals? this year i'm going to set my goals as working out more, trainning more with my station, and spending more time with my family.

My goal is to hit the gym 3 to 4 days a week and try to stay fit to do the job and hopefully retire in shape. I'm 54 and will retire at 65 hopefully.
