OK, so Im not much of a patch collector.  I know there are a lot of collectors out there.  I have been running our uniform logistics for a couple of years now and have figured out that a previous guy has been sending out patches to everyone who has called, written, asked, begged, or just happened to be in the area a patch was being thrown at.  I have now found our patches on Ebay for sale, and I have to say that Im kind of taken back that some one would request a patch from us and then put them up for sale.  I have no problem sending a patch out when warranted, but I think whoever is selling ours on ebay has ruined it for everyone.  I have received a letter from "a Russian Patch Collector"  who wants a patch.  No explanation just that he wants me to send him one.  So I guess I am asking for advice on what you guys do, and suggestions.
