Tonight in my fire district we had a elderly complex fire where we ran into some complications with HCN exposure to firefighters and residents. While researching HCN for health effects for the EMA and EMS.

I called upon a dear friend Michael Schlags from Santa Barbera California for some assistance knowing he is on the forefront of all things hazmat. My friend appeared to be at work but he went above and beyond in assisting me in locating information. Through his help and the help of others on the Santa Barbera HazMat team I found the information I was lacking. Thanks Gentlemen for your assistance.

It's a small world out there. Who would have thought that brotherhood would reach through 3000+miles??
