With all the new changes at the Insurance Services Office (ISO) I was curious to see if anyone has developed a system for tracking training hours based on the new requirements. My old system worked great but with all the new changes I guess it's time to come up with a new system. Any suggestions or examples would be appreciated.

My department recently had an ISO visit which resulted in an improvement of the departments rating.  We use Fire House reporting system to document training, activities, equipment and calls.  What system are you currently using?

http://targetsolutions.com/   There is a cost involved, but it is like having another Training Officer and secretary.
