How to become a us firefighter

Hello, im a belgium FF and i ask myself if it is possible to become a FF in the states?

Is ther a age limit?

Physical tests?

How long is the training?

How are your working shifts?

Each and every one of your questions depends upon the dept in which you seek to be employed with. Each dept sets their own physical training, their own academy, their own shift schedule, and even decide on age limits. Some require certifications some don't, but the first factor would be to be able to legally work in the U.S. and all would require that.
