Glad you asked this, we use IMC,,which I think is the worst system out there, does anyone else use IMC??? It is not user friendly and you cant export much out of it. Importing is miserable also.

First I'd evaluate the needs of your department. Second, talk to other local departments and see what they are using. Third, I would ensure the chosen program will integrate with your state or national reporting system,(many do not).

And remember the old adage: You get what you pay for.
