Just wondering what everyone likes to have for dinner at the stations (could be breakfast or lunch too) what they like to fix or what they woould like one of thier brothers to fix. Just a general disscussion no need for details of how its made just what it is .

I will start out I fix a cajun meal that is a cross between jambalaya and gumbo, they all loved it at the station.
Well we dont get to cook to much but when we do its a good chilly or stew on are open house we make the chilly and it must be good because every year the gust ask for it
