Note: Local media reports indicate more than one firefighter was injured in last night's fire.

NEW YORK - The fire department says two firefighters have suffered minor injuries in a blaze at a private house in Brooklyn.

Both firefighters were taken to Bellevue Hospital Thursday morning.

The two-alarm fire started on the second floor of 192 Concord St. It was reported at 4:35 a.m.

The cause was under investigation.

On Wednesday night, another fire in Brooklyn claimed the life of a 35-year-old man. Two other people were injured at the residential fire at 732 Decatur St. They were listed in stable condition.
