Some guys and I were talking last night and we got on the topic of our fallen brother, Josh. We talked about all the good times we had with Josh and even some of the bad. My chief ended the conversation by saying that "Josh was a firefighter's firefighter." I know what my chief meant by that, but I want to know; in your opinion, what makes a "firefighter's firefighter?"

Someone who leads by example and typifies the image we want citizens to have of us: honest, caring, always willing and able to help. Sounds like Josh must have been all that.
Josh was an amazing brother who would have given anything you asked of him and more.
